Movement & Breathing to Heal Your Whole Self

Everyday life batters us physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually.  The soft, flexible bodies we had as babies become tight, held, contracted – compressed.  One area usually deeply affected is the spine.  This typically results in aches and pains, but also in a rigid, tight, stiff, trapped feeling.

Spinal Decompression is often achieved using traction at a specialist therapist.

However, this workshop teaches simple movement and breathing exercises to gently decompress the spine.  This process enables you to breathe, move and decompress yourself gently and safely.  No surgey, no traction, no expensive procedures.

No equipment or experience is necessary.  If you can breathe, lay on the floor and get up again – you qualify.  Just bring loose comfortable top and bottoms and you’re set to go.
