Booking Information

Things are pretty relaxed here as you would expect, but to protect us both there are terms and conditions attached to working with me, so please read the following carefully and only book in if you agree to these conditions.

I please arrive 5 minutes early for your appointment – after all this is supposed to be relaxing!

I will generally have another appointment immediately following yours, so if you should arrive late I may not be able to offer you the full time.

When you book, I will add you to my email list.  I send emails with helpful information about wellness, exercises and improving posture and occasionally I send offers too.  If you’d rather not receive these emails, simply unsubscribe from the first one you receive and I won’t bother you any more.

If you decide not to receive any emails from the system, you will not receive reminders, which I send as a courtesy and an extra service to clients – it is always your responsibility to remember your appointment and to be here on time.  Please note my Cancellation Policy below.

Refund Policy

I do not offer refunds.  This includes gift certificates, packages or individual treatments.  I may, at my discretion offer a partial refund less a reasonable fee to cover any transaction costs or other outgoings I may have.  I will generally (but not necessarily) use the same payment method as originally used to make the purchase.  I may also – at my discretion – agree to hold the payment “on account” to use on another occasion.  Unused package treatments and gift certificates may also be transferred to someone else – subject to my agreeement in advance and the other person being able (in my opinion) to safely receive the treatment.

Appointment Cancellation Policy

I understand that sometimes things happen, but please give me at least 24 hours notice of a cancellation by emailing me or calling or texting on 07836 545 382 and you will receive a refund (less a reasonable fee to cover any transaction costs or other outgoings on my part) or I’ll transfer your payment to another appointment.  If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice, the full amount will be due.

Please weigh this in the balance when you consider your priorities.
