Get Headspace – Get A Massage
I’ve written before about the importance of getting time out and “headspace” – you know, that time where you can just re-calibrate yourself. A lot of people these days seem to need and be asking how to get this space and time.

I was feeling slow, calm and peaceful.
I was moving slower and my energy was restored – but in a lovely smooth, flowing, gentle sort of way. Like water flowing smoothly over the rocks in my path – just getting on, without fuss or unnecessary splashing around.
I could have gone and done all sorts of things, I just didn’t want to.
I wanted to move gently and get done whatever got done with some grace.
Massage is not simply about de-knotting your muscles.
It’s about de-knotting your mind too.
