"The Outer Sanctuary" is a custom-built massage space located at my home at 6 Kent Close, Attleborough.  It is a completely separate building so there is no need to worry about disturbance during your treatment.

It has been specially designed to suit my work and to ensure that my clients get the very best experience possible from each visit.

It has no phone line so you will never be disturbed by phone calls about appointments.

It has its own separate entrance around the side of the house.

It is quiet, separate and private – perfect for letting go.

New Appointment Schedule

I have also taken this opportunity to change the schedule for appointments – now there will be up to 90 minutes between clients.

This is important because I have found that some clients need the time after a treatment to talk or just to rest and relax and integrate the touch effectively before they leave.

There should also be greater privacy because you should not meet another client coming in.

How It Will Work

Here is a summary of how treatments will work:

• On the day, please arrive at the appointed time – there is no waiting room
• Come up the drive to the right of the front door and continue down the side past the garage – The Outer Sanctuary is located at the end of the drive, go between the buildings and the door is on your right
• Please knock and wait just in case there is another client inside
• Please try to be on time as if you are late this will reduce your treatment time – it would not fair of me to run over into the next client’s time
• If you need to cancel or rearrange please call and give me at least 24 hours notice so that I can offer the appointment to someone else.  If you give less than 24 hours notice, I may have to charge you for the appointment unless I can fit in someone else.
• Equally, if I need to cancel or rearrange your appointment, I will give you at least 24 hours notice.  If I do not, your next appointment will be free – fair is fair!

 

Please also bear in mind that whilst I will endevour to email or text a reminder a few days prior, it is YOUR appointment and it is YOUR responsibility to keep it.

Ours is a family home in a residential street – but The Outer Sanctuary is amazing once you are inside!
